I switched from an Android to the iPhone and needed assistance pairing my hearing aides with the new device. The gentleman I worked with was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Within a few minutes I was up and running. A true pleasure to work with them.

My Dad had a problem with his hearing aids and we dropped in without an appointment, we were helped and the aids were adjusted so he could hear. And he has a longer appointment in 6 days to look at everything
