I went to New Sound on a recommendation from a friend. I am so glad I did, Mellisa is excellent and knows her business. I will be ordering a new set of hearing aids on my next visit. Thanks NewSound for having a rural office in Richmondville NY.

Melissa is very good at her job she walked me through the process of getting hearing aids. I can hear sounds that I haven't heard in years thank you so much

My Dad had a problem with his hearing aids and we dropped in without an appointment, we were helped and the aids were adjusted so he could hear. And he has a longer appointment in 6 days to look at everything
